What Are the Guidelines for Submitting Address Verification Documents?

When submitting your proof of address, ensure that:

  • The document displays your full name.

  • Your complete home address is visible (PO Box addresses are not accepted).

  • The document includes the date of issue.

  • The issuing entity's name is specified.

  • The document was issued within the last three months.

  • The entire sheet of paper is visible in the photo.

  • Upload the original photo or a PDF file; screenshots are not accepted.
