Why Was My Card Selfie Verification Rejected?

Common reasons for card selfie verification rejection include:

  • Missing Information: Ensure the uploaded image clearly shows the card’s first six and last four digits, as well as the cardholder’s name.

  • Blurry Images: Only clear images where all the information is easily readable will be accepted.

  • Missing Selfie: Ensure your face is visible in the selfie.

  • Incorrect Screenshot: For Apple/Google Pay screens, make sure the virtual or digital number, or the physical card number, is visible.
