What Are the Guidelines for Submitting Identity Documents?

When submitting identity documents, please ensure that:

  • The photos are high-resolution and in color.

  • You upload original images, not screenshots or edited files.

  • The document is easily readable with no flash or blurriness.

  • All four corners of the document are visible.

  • The document includes your signature.

  • The document is valid for at least one month and is undamaged.
