How to Raise a Support Ticket in the Rampnow Widget
You can now create and track support tickets directly inside the Rampnow widget - no need to contact support externally.
Steps to raise a ticket:
- Open the menu inside the widget
- Tap on Support
- Select Raise a Ticket
- Fill in the required details:
- Category (e.g. Order)
- Sub-category
- Select your order
- Add subject and description
- Attach files if needed
- Click Submit ticket
Track your tickets:
- Go to Support → My Tickets
- View status and updates for all your requests in one place
Note: Tickets are currently supported for order-related, Payments, KYC issues (e.g. delayed, failed, or pending orders).
